PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
As a Customer service employeeyou ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. Your aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea, reputation and ethos throughout the organization of Wok n Roll. You manage customer services and handle enquiries from customers.
· Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
· Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Has the willingness to assume responsibility and carry out the tasks provided for in this position.
· Can cooperate and communicate effectively with his supervisors and colleagues.
· Be trusted, energetic, have self-control and positive mood.
· Be always courteous to customers and willing to serve them without any delay.
· Knowledge of Greek and English language is a must, Russian is a plus.
1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Follow all WoknRoll rules and regulations
· Deliver customer orders according to the instructions of the Delivery Coordinator.
· Assist in WoknRoll outside operations that require a driver like caterings, transfer of messages, sport events etc.
· Have the responsibility of their vehicle to be in a fully operational condition and report any damages or malfunctions
· Drives safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
· Keeps company vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained, has fuel, oil and is ready to drive
· Communicates with customers by phone to update them of time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
· Follows pre-planned route accurately without deviation from set course
· Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route or schedule
· Informs management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time
· Attend all planed meeting and trainings.
· Flexible time schedule
· Responding to customer complaints in cooperation with the Customer service manager
· Assist customers with answers to queries, and proffer solutions to issues within his capacity
· To action any reasonable request made by any member of the restaurants team
· Helping in any area of all section of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
· Address any problems concerning the delivery function such as delivery delay, wrong order to the Manager
· Collaborate with other restaurant staff and the management to ensure that customer complaints are properly attended to in a timely manner
· Ameeting with the Manager to evaluate problems arisen and how they were resolved.
· Follows the Wok n Roll corporate guidelines and brand standards and service concepts which represent the basis for our Image
· Anticipates possible hazards and conditions and corrects them or takes action to prevent them from occurring.
· Fosters an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement.
· Ensures that the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, appearance, body language and conduct of employees is maintained by self and own staff
· Attends meetings and training required.
· Accepts flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to restaurants guests
· Maintains own working area, materials and company property clean, tidy and in good condition
