Our client is an international e-commerce company within the aviation/aerospace industry, providing an innovative technology solution to bring together buyers and sellers.
Due to their ongoing global expansion they are in the process of expanding their team and are opening a Customer Success Department to be based at their offices here in Limassol.
The ideal Customer Service/Success candidates will have impeccable relationship management skills with the ability to create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidates will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience, perform outbound sales calls and and help customers achieve their desired goals.
Responsibilities will include:
Own overall relationship with assigned clients
Ensure conversion of registered users and retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
Aid clients in achieving their goals through using the systems
Proactively approach new prospect and convert them to users and power users
Build trust relationships with the accounts under your management
Sale and promote paid services
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Objective oriented and a person who is meeting his / her targets
Experience in customer success and outbound proactive calls
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
Fluency in English with any other language a distinct advantage
The working hours will be standard office hours Monday – Friday with the prospect of extending it to include a late shift until 10pm.
The company is offering a salary of between 1300 – 1500 Euros gross per month plus bonuses based on performance.
This role will be ideal for candidates that have worked in B2B Sales/Customer Support in any online industries and that are looking to offer real business solutions to companies within the aviation/aerospace industries.
