Design & Construction – Maintenance Coordinator
This position is for a Fixed Term Period of 7 months.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Work on the company’s maintenance digital platform
· Collect various offers and prepare cost price comparison analysis
· Design and propose solutions to maintenance issues
· Assign and follow up on maintenance jobs of contractors or sub-contractors
· Maintenance cost analysis
· Restaurant maintenance auditing and report
Successful Candidate’s Profile
Any degree in the construction or design industry
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
· Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
· Good knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbally and written
· Energetic and positive team player with strong organisational skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
