Candidate Profile:

Native or fluent in German language. Additional European languages would be considered as an advantage.
Experience in Customer support or sales position in a regulated financial services company would be considered as an advantage.

Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and dynamic.
Computer literate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

Promoting the company’s products and services.
Assisting customers who wish to open a trading account.
Providing information/education to clients regarding our products.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Keeping clients updated in regards to the latest financial news.
Managing the existing portfolio of clients with the focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.
Training clients to use the company’s trading platforms.
Meeting the core values of the company on a daily basis.
