On behalf of our client an established Forex company in Limassol, GRS is seeking to recruit Retention Agents. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in FX Retention Sales, must be fluent in English and another language such as; German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Swedish etc. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who likes to reach and exceed sales targets.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the Company’s product and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Ensure that the clients receive the best quality service
• Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms
• Keep up to date with the financial markets
• Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• At least 6 months of experience in Sales Retention role within a Forex company
• Excellent knowledge of English language both oral and written
• Additional languages such as ; German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Swedish is a must
• Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational skills
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Ability to work in pressure in a fast-moving environment
