Junior Reconciliations Officer

On behalf of our client a Fintech company regulated by CySEC based in Limassol is seeking to recruit a Junior Reconciliations Officer to join the Payments Department. The successful candidate will one year of experience in a Reconciliation role within the Forex industry. This is a great opportunity for a company who believes in building long lasting relationships.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing reconciliations of clients’ funds, bank accounts and payment providers on a daily basis
• Produce reconciliation of Client liability over assets on a daily and monthly basis
• Resolve any discrepancies identifies in an efficient and effective manner
• Reporting of the reconciliation findings
• Assist in identifying weakness on the systems to avoid losses for the company
• Assist in other reconciliations and internal reporting as required
• Stay in line with the policies and procedures

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or any other relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in Reconciliation Officer role within the FX industry
• Fluency in English language at a professional level
• Knowledge of Methodos Reconciliation System would be considered as an advantage
• Ability to multi-task, self-manage their workload and work under pressure.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
