While helping the company’s users, the User Operations team works closely with every part of the company, learning the intricacies of how they build products, manage payments, launch new methods, and keep users happy.
As a part of their growing multilingual User Operations team, you’ll spend most of your time interacting with the company’s users and ensuring that they have a stellar experience. Many of their User Operations team members also go on to specialize in support topics like payments, sales, and product.

Spend the majority of your time interacting with the company's merchants by email, skype, and occasionally by phone.
Optimize our internal and external documentation and processes surrounding a host of products.
Work closely with other teams to improve our product offerings and messaging around new products.
Spend some time analysing our processes and instigating changes to help scale our operations.
Gain unique insights into how businesses on the company's scale and operate.
