Our client is a traditional investment firm based in Limassol and offering various products such as stocks, bonds, futures, ETFs, mutual funds and more. They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director/ Office Administrator. The successful candidates will be Native English and will have experience in a similar role.
Friendly, Outgoing and Trustworthy personality
Native / near Native English
Fluent in Greek or an additional language
Previous experience within the forex/fintech industry would be considered an advantage
A University diploma in any field
Open to working Monday – Friday / 9 -18:00
Responsible for all administration of the company’s office
Provide assistance to the Director
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Organize office operations and procedures.
Provide general support to visitors.
Any other ad hoc activities
