German Speaking Retention Officer

Our client is a fast-growing investment firm with offices in Limassol. They are currently looking to grow their Retention team and they’re looking for German speakers for the Retention Officer role.
The successful candidate will be Native/Fluent in German and they will have experience in a similar role for a minimum of six months

Be punctual
Achieving targets.
Achieve the required daily amount of time of calls
Excellent knowledge of the German language
Retention Agent experience within the financial services industry for a minimum of 6 months

Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients’ accounts;
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Arrange meetings, mainly remotely, with clients to educate, serve, update and ultimately upsell traders.
