Retention Representative II (Hebrew Native Speaker)

Responsibilities

·         Reception of clients into the Company

·         Assisting clientele with transacting funds

·         Assisting clientele with company’s services

·         Negotiating better conditions with company’s clients

·         Building and maintaining business relationships between the company & clients

·         Handling of customers complaints

Experience

·         Financial markets experience

·         Additional languages will be considered as advance

Requirements

·         Hebrew speaker native is a must

·         Fluency in English, both verbal and written

·         BA Graduate Business or a related field is required

·         Sales/ portfolio managing experience

·         European residency
